So, I just got my first Apple Watch (Series 9) and it's my first day with it. I realized I already took 200 steps without getting out of bed. It's tracking my hand movement during my self abuse as steps.

Other than removing the watch, is there a solution to this? Does the watch learn with time what is a real walk/step and what is me jerking off?

This will mess up my step goals.
