It's alright, you tried.

It literally means:

"The printer associated with the personal computer (PC) needs letter sized paper"

Edit: PC is even more literal, it means Paper Cassette, requires letter sized paper.

Dont know about the PC but load letter is pretty straightforward. It's asking you to refill paper.
