Sorry if this is a dumb question. How do I go back to where I was in my feed after clicking on a story? I see there are options at the top like, Home, Community, etc, but how do I get back to where I was?

The back button in the browser, or the back gesture if you’re on mobile.

I’m not quite back yet. Too much going on with my life and I find myself only wanting to contribute content on piefed instead of consuming. I honestly am spending more time reading reddit posts again, because there really aren’t enough content on fediverse that interests me.

Still checking piefed from time to time, just not going to participate much for the time being.

Yes, I found out that after I logged out and then logged back in, the browser buttons showed back up at the bottom of the screen.

After clicking on a story and then going back, there will usually be new content that loads in on top of whatever you were just on which causes your place in the feed to get lost. You can find where you were again, you just have to scroll back down past all the new stuff that loaded in.
