Using Sony remote to control Apple TV (alien.top)

I know you can use your Sony remote to control Apple TV but my question is… Is it as snappy as using the Apple TV remote or is their some lag?

Another thing, do all the buttons from the Apple TV remote map over to the Sony remote or do you sacrifice some? Thx.

Haven’t figured out how to close Apple TV apps from Sony remote.
