Punch holes in Apple Watch band? (alien.top)

Hi everyone! My friend gave me a bunch of his old Apple Watch bands since he switched to Android. I have a 44mm watch with the S/M bands, but all his bands are M/L. They don’t fit me that well because I have small wrists. Does anyone have any recommendations on a watch hole puncher of some kind? So I can punch a few extra holes so the bands fit? It’s mostly the silicone ones. I don’t know if it’s possible, thought I’d ask.
