Do you have something like UEFI secureboot enabled on your side? They tend to work best as a CSM install...
Had a similiar issues with a SAS3000 based card when I had a boards Board bios updated to default to UEFI Secure Boot when I changed a Ryzen 5 3600 for a Ryzen 5600G (mostly because I needed the GPU for a PiKVM)
