Weird notification noise and screen action (alien.top)

Hey guys I had a long sort of chime noise and a long vibration on my watch earlier but it showed no notifications

About 20 mins later on my phone I had the same noise and the top of the screen sort of distorted for a second like a water droplet ripple and then it stopped, again. No notification

Does anyone have any idea wtf this is?!?!
