I think signing up for a fascist army is what builds a fascist army. The other thing should be considered natural consequences. Just like what eventually happens to all fascists. To all the fascists out there: Try to choose less poorly more frequently.

That’s how you build the recruiting base for private fascist armies.

The "recruiting base" is already there. They're joining ICE now.
