Hello, I bought a iPhone from Hongkong and I’m currently in mainland China and when I search for something in safari the search results are from google.hk How can I change it to google Germany?

well, it's not safari that's doing that, it's Google. I think you can force it to go to Germany's one by clicking the gear symbol -> more settings -> other settings -> language and region
