I was told “if this doesn’t fix the problem, we need to send the phone back to Apple” when I went to the Apple Store. (alien.top)

My phone is a 14 plus, and it’s still under warranty. This is a navigation problem.

I was told it would take 5-7 business days.

Questions:

Does Apple give you a loaner phone or something to use in the meantime?

What are my chances I can talk to them about trading the phone in for a smaller phone? This one kinda hurts my hands sometimes.
