NFL receivers can be wide open, no one around them for a mile, drop the ball and still hold up their hands looking for a PI flag

[–] Soldier-Fields@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Please miss this kick Eddie

This Panthers ending is bizarre. Imagine Pineiro shanks this last one

Fields fanboys praying the Panthers win

There goes our top pick. Nothing going well this year.

[–] RAG319@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Piñeiro with the dinero kick

[–] namesRstupider@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Unreal. What a fucking awful sunday already and we havent even played yet. Fuck this shit.

Does arizona jump carolina now? Who has the easier schedules between arizona and carolina

[–] SkylesToPayTheByles@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Panthers are absolutely capable of playing out of a bottom-2 spot. There's a very plausible world in which we get stuck with QB3 or QB4 in the next draft, and the QB Hell continues. You can't just assume you'll always get another shot to take one.

[–] 2057Champs__@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Fml the panthers won

Wow Trubisky is really playing like himself out there

Timeout on offense -> interception into triple coverage on a wildly underthrown ball. The Trubisky Experience™

[–] B_Bibbles@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

NOOOO! Carolina won a game... TRAGEDY IS UPON US!

[–] SamuraiJack815@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Two straight checkdown plays. Luke Getsy must be calling plays for the Giants also.

[–] dontbelievejustwatch@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

just bought tickets lets ride

[–] Sad_Education_9418@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Fields is likely our QB for the next season. Bears pick won't be bad enough to be top 3. Panthers have one of the easiest schedules now with a solid defense.

[–] C_HiLIfe@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I really don't think so. If Bagent manages the game well again like last week I could see Poles moving Fields before Tuesday.

[–] namesRstupider@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Giants just lost on purpose. It is impossible to lose the game they just lost without doing it on purpose.

We r gona end up with both picks outside the top 5 with fields being awful and bagent coming back to earth and no QB to draft. LMFAOOOOO

[–] porkbellies37@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Giants had 7 total passing yards today (not counting sack yards lost… otherwise it would be -9). Daboll was the offensive genius.

[–] namesRstupider@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Tbf they were on some u drafted qb but ya pathetic

[–] -AlexJones-@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

kirk cousins achilles injury? Bagent is gonna fuck around and win the division isnt he?

[–] Bushido_Plan@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Bienemy did a great job with Howell today even though they lost. Showed he can hang with a SB caliber team. That's in spite of Rivera and JDR.

We need our Bienemy. Whether that's to be paired with Fields, or Bagent, or some other QB next year, we need to get that coach right.

[–] FunkFox@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Improvement every week. Defense looks good under Flus. Team is getting better.

[–] SpaceCampDropOut@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Please win so packers will be alone in last place.

You want to see how a UDFA QB is supposed to look in NFL game action, see Tommy DeVito for the Giants today. Game was just way too big and fast for him.

[–] SkylesToPayTheByles@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Reality is starting to catch up to the 49ers and Purdy. "Evertying but the QB and figure that out later" doesn't work.

[–] ninjatater@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Wtf Chiefs…this has to be some AFC West rivalry shenanigans right? I mean it’s Denver??

[–] EddySea@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Wow, didn't know that Cousins tore his Achilles

[–] Zsean69@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Panthers won

Broncos won

WILL LEVIS won

Our turn

[–] Chief-Bones@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I’m just glad we can stop the “could he be our Brock purdy” talk. Dude has a great coach and still had weapons today and looks lost. If Bagent can get things done down the stretch that’s 100x more impressive imo.

I don’t want purdy I want Bagent to look like Kurt Warner.

[–] TheLon__@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Can we decide who wins by number of members to each of are respective subreddits? That’s fair right?

[–] EggoGF@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I’m here at So-Fi. Nice pop when the Bears offense and defense came out. Bagent is warming up and his passes to the left are considerably off-target compared to the right sideline.

[–] AndyWest94@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Who’s getting the first TD tonight?

[–] -AlexJones-@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

lots of haters about to get T-Bagged

[–] Gleasonryan@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

It’s really nice when both of my teams play each other while neither being close to .500.

[–] suckmyfatfuckinballs@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I like how at the beginning of the year, we were certain we'd go 0-17, but now 5-12 looks likely!

[–] artevandelay55@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Chargers have the worst ranked pass defense in the league, if Bagent has the ability to throw it more than 10 yards down the field, tomorrow is a great opportunity to show it. If he doesn't do that, I don't think there's any reasonable question as to which QB gives us a better chance to win

[–] fortefanboy@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Whatever happens with bagent going forward, I stand by saying he had some of the smoothest handoffs I have seen. Sounds weird I'm sure, but it was so fluid.

[–] Difficult_E@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (3 children)

Bosa and Mack just might eiffel tower Bagent on National Television

[–] AdStreet2074@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

People said this about bagent last game with Crosby . Some people here are just used to fields holding the ball and getting sacks constantly

I saw some Chargers fans saying that Bosa sucks now.

This is the 2nd top-tier QB we've faced this year, but I think the game is ultimately going to come down to turnovers.

Our run game seems to be back to where it was last year and it'll probably be even better with Roschon in the lineup. I think if Bagent can avoid turning the ball over and our defense doesn't give up big plays, we can pound the crap out of them like we did last week vs LV.

Herbert is struggling lately along with their O-line, and I think JJ continues to be impactful vs Allen, so I think this could be the week were we finally have good QB pressure.

All of these factors along with the fact that we get to play a semi-home game in LA, I think the Bears pull out a win if we win the turnover battle.

Bears - 31, LAC - 24

[–] The_Granny_banger@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (2 children)

Do you have faith the line will stop Mack?

If Hebert still has that cast on his non throwing hand, he will turn it over eventually. He just can’t hold the ball securely with that cast on.

[–] ImEvadingPermaban@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

What excuse will Fields fans come up with when Bagent wins this one?

[–] letseditthesadparts@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (2 children)

Fields was injured so bagent did the job of a backup. Sorry but unless there’s a probowl quarterback in Bagent what are we talking about here.

The Chargers have by far the worst passing defense in the league, giving up 310 yards per game (31st is 274). Bagent has a chance to put up some huge numbers in front of the whole country.

I bet he throws for like 190, and the Chargers lose on a missed field goal.
