I opened this comic but didn't realize I hadn't scrolled all the way down, so the last panel was hidden. I kept rereading it and scanning everything in every panel trying to figure out the joke.

I use it here in the US, and everyone I've used it on knows what it means. Or at least figured it out quickly.
