I keep reading that the switch to USB on iphone is great because now we can carry around just one charger.

Is this really the case for most people? My MacBook is USB C, but other than that and my Nintendo Switch I don't think I own anything that uses USB C - at least not stuff I would consider daily carry.

Airpods pro - lightning/wireless Ipad - lightning Apple watch - proprietary charger

Don't get me wrong, I like the switch to USB, but for me it means one more cable.

Nope...most of iPhone uses are still on lighting...since most havent bought a new iphone this year!

Yea pretty much. Right down to my tooth brush 🤣

Thankfully with apple now switching i don't need to worry about ever missing out on charging (Indian user so plenty of usb-c cables always around me)
