Dell Poweredge R730 Frustrating Me (alien.top)

I've just today had the chance to start using my Dell Poweredge R730 for the first time. I installed Truenas Core to 2x 128gb sata ssds and now for some reason they randomly don't show up as a boot drive. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.

This is after I did an update to Truenas from U5.2 to U5.3 where it kept giving me the "Root mount waiting for cam" error which I fixed by going back to 5.2. Anyone else had this issue of the boot drives just randomly disappearing on them?

Any help would be great.
