So their legal argument is that you can spread revenge porn as long as someone already did? Seems like that would defeat the entire point

Other lawyers who were contacted but unavailable for on-camera interviews said it would be a tough case to prosecute given the Bidens are a high-profile family and because explicit images of Hunter Biden are common on social media platforms.
Also, it’s tough if they are “high-profile”? Does that mean Hunter wouldn’t want to press charges or that high-profile people are fair game?
