One of three ER departments in Victoria... and by far the smallest.

Heath care broke. BC Ferries broke. Housing market broke. Consumer debt through the roof. Inflation may be "under control" but it seems to have effect on daily goods and cost of living, which continues to worsen.

Time we rethink the system. Trying to tweak this broke system won't help.
