I'm bi but have been with mostly women (~95%) and have gotten more blowjobs from men, also have several gay friends and from talking with them it seems blowjobs are much more common than handjobs and anal.

Yep, as a bi guy, I can attest to the efficiency of gay hookup/sex life culture in general.
As a man, you'll have two very different experiences if you go to a dedicated straight hookup app vs, say, Grindr or Sniffies.
With women, it is a whole process of ensuring that both of you are looking for the other, even if it's a one night stand. Physical attraction, being charming, non-threatening, tons of requirements. At one point I missed my chance with a girl because she liked being read poetry to after a hookup, and I was apparently reading the wrong poets at the time.
With men? Even if you catfish them, 7-8 out of 10 will still have sex with you. You can literally post 10 year old pics, be 50-70kg heavier and still not a problem - meanwhile I had women call me out for using a roughly year and half old pic, and since I've lost weight and shaved off my beard, I looked slightly different...
With apps like Grindr you can quite literally find a sex partner in 5 to 10 minutes. Start a few chats, send the appropriate pictures, agree on a time and who's bringing what, and you're good to go.

The only straight women I've ever seen express an honest, self-derived interested in penises broadly have been "OMG I love penises so much and eat like, 30 dicks before lunch" marketed personas on reddit and the like who have Onlyfans links in their bios. These are the commercial entities that are skewing people's ideas how the genders feel about the issue.
Most straight female partners who perform the act regularly are mostly doing it for the emotional/intimacy connection, like watching their partner or doing it because they know their partner likes it but otherwise would be pretty ambivalent at best.
This is all fine, but men broadly have a very hard time reconciling and processing that their female partners aren't as into the visceral, genital-focused attractions as they are, and that's why this is always such a huge issue. Nobody wants to patronized or placated, they want to feel actually desired and men and women, for whatever reason, be it biological or social or whatever else, have different kinds of attractions.

We were not really meant to read the insecurities and honest truths from so many millions of people we don't know, it fucks with our psyche in ways we will be studying for centuries.

Quick math
There are about 4 billion women in the world And about 4 billion men.
About 5% of men are gay, let's round that up to 10% to account for closeted gays. I'll use the same value for women.
So we've got 3.6 billion straight women vs 0.4 billion gay men.
9 times more straight women than gay men.
So a gay man would have to, on average, give a blowjob 9 times more frequently than a woman to break even.
So the question is, how often does the average woman give a blowjob? Let's go conservatively and say one a week? Some will be more, some will be less. Which means gay men will need to give a blowjob more than once a day on average, which seems unlikely.
But let's say it's far lower than what I'm thinking, if the average woman gives a blowjob once a month, gay men would need to give a blowjob every 3 days. That's certainly achievable.
I think the answer is straight women, in my experience gay men aren't as horny as people would have you believe, and women are way hornier than people would have you believe.
However, I say this as a married straight guy with a lot of women friends and a few gay friends so take this with a grain of salt

My pansexual roommate ones showed me an app/website I can’t remember the name of, for gay men to advertise that they want to hook up, in real time.

Yeah, but not all women give BJs, some don't do it often -- married men will often talk about it like its a birthday/special event thing. Gay guys do it daily. So I lazily glanced around earlier to see if there was any data, couldn't find anything all that strong in terms of sample size etc. One psuedo-survey was going on about how common oral sex is in general, and noted that like, in the 60 (happy and willing to talk about their sex lives) couples between 18-45 they surveyed, 30% didn't do it, and those that did tended to do it like 5 times a week (or was that month? I cant recall the frame). The small subset of gay couples had a higher average but not by tooo much, at like 6 or 7. Straight women tended to go down more than straight men, though straight men claimed greater satisfaction/arousal from giving oral (women were at like 25% who enjoyed it, vs 52% of the men).
That was a younger contingent, non-married/long term, and a tiny sample in general, likely from one particular region of the world. Likely a region fairly open/accepting of all this stuff, given the topic of the survey. I'd bet the numbers skew WAY differently amongst boomers and genX even -- even many older millennials are sorta prudish on this front.
But even with those really wobbly data points, its not quite "for every woman that doesn't, there's one that does", it's more "for every 10 women, there're 3 that don't do it, 1-2 that enjoy it, and 5-6 that tolerate it now and then".

On average I would say gay men.
Overall, women.
There's just a lot more women in the world than gay men. And contrary to popular belief, quite a lot of women really enjoy giving blow jobs.
It's... Actually kinda hard for me to make a guess. I think overall it's probably more even than you'd expect. All things being equal (sex drive, being into your partner, etc) straight women outnumber gay men. 51% of the population are women (ish), and about 5% are gay men. Assuming everyone's taken, and everyone has roughly the same ssxual activity, you'd be looking at around 5x the blowjobs in gay relationships (on average there will be more penises to be sucked in gay relationships than straight)
However things aren't equal. People who're trans are also more likely to not be straight (about 17.6% of trans people overall self-ID as straight), but that'll skew the numbers in a lot of different directions because of surgery, and dysphoria.
I'm actually curious how heavily heterofatalism affects this, as well. A lot of straight people seem to hate their partners, though I've been seeing less of that ball and chain type stuff recently than I had in previous years. But also a lot more people are just single than before, so that'll play into it.
I would say it's also age dependent, but there's not much of a difference. Over 40s report having sex about 69 (nice) times per year on average vs 25-34s report about 90 times a year. With retirement communities frequently being STI hotspots I'm not that surprised tbh (condoms do more than prevent pregnancy!)
Only now did I remember that we have statistics about a lot of things. Straight women give oral sex an average of 5.14 times per month. Gay men are 5.3x per month. So yeah. Gay men give fewer blowjobs overall, but more per capita, and gay coupled will have a little more than double the amount of blowjobs. Assuming about 5% of the population is gay men, and only looking at couples, we're looking at about 1 out of every 6 blowjobs being from a gay man.
... These are the thoughts that kept me out of the good schools.
Edit: Now that I've been awake for more than 10 minutes I realize that the doubling of the number of blowjobs by gay men because there are 2 is prooooobably faulty logic. So it's closer to about 10.3% of blowjobs given by gay men if we don't forget lesbians (my own demographic, damn you, me!), and we assume a 9:1 ratio of straight women to gay men.
These are the thoughts that kept me out of the good schools.

The greater majority of relationships in the world are between what is refereed to as traditional male/female couples. The rest of the relationships and their various combinations are at best five percent. So I'm going to say straight women are clearly in the lead there.
