A place to meme about the glorious ROMAN EMPIRE (and Roman Republic, and Roman Kingdom)! Byzantines tolerated! The HRE is not.

Explanation: The Eastern Roman Empire, sometimes known as the Byzantine Empire, survived after the fall of the Western Roman Empire. But the Byzantines were FAKE and GREEK and DIDN'T EVEN OWN THE CITY OF ROME

Problem: the senate is corrupt.
Solution: remove the senate from your empire.
