4. Posts must be coherent, and on topic to actual military discussion.

5. Posted articles should be titled in a way that does not materially alter the original title. Fixing a grammar or spelling mistake is acceptable, but omitting part of an article's title or naming the post differently in a way that diverges from the title is not allowed.

**6. Both self-posts and news articles are allowed. Posts that are Wikipedia links are not allowed. Image posts are generally not allowed unless they are original content. For military images, !militaryporn@lemmy.world is a more suitable community.

He says the use of the military funding mechanism is meant to disburse funds quickly, without the typical bidding war among contractors, which would typically create a period of public scrutiny. Using the Navy contract means that new projects can be created with “task orders,” which can be turned around almost immediately, when “specific dates and locations are identified” by DHS.

“It means the infrastructure is currently a ‘ghost’ network that can be materialized anywhere in the US the moment a site is picked,” Manríquez wrote.

The enemy is at the gates because they are manning them.

I see we're already at the crematoria stage.

Eric Feigl-Ding, an epidemiologist and health economist, said the contract’s provision of materials meant to deal with medical needs and death was “extra chilling.” According to the report, “services extend to ‘Medical Waste Management,’ with specific protocols for biohazard incinerators.”

They're really using Hitler as an instruction manual, aren't they?

Who reads about the holocaust and says "Hey, we could do that"?!?

A rather shocking amount of Americans. Nazis just learned to be quieter about it after George Lincoln Rockwell got got.

Nazis are getting too comfortable being loud about it. Every time one of them gets away with something atrocious, they all get a little bolder...

According to a source familiar with the project, “the goal is for the facilities to house as many as 10,000 people each, and are expected to be built in Louisiana, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Utah, and Kansas.”

Those are for you. And me.

Don't forget the magnesium. You'll need it for... reasons involving the actuation of potential...

[–] peopleproblems@lemmy.world 1 points 5 days ago (1 children)

Just remember to use a different card than the ones you use to buy your... pigments... you know, from the art supply store... for your paints...

That's actually a good reminder, I need storm matches.

It gets windy and it's hard to start campfires

So I read this as the navy doesn’t need $45B and can be cut back.

Also of military is not supposed to be deployed domestically, shouldn’t this also be unconstitutional?
