Burrito has a legume protein base, meat is an option
Pita is a leavened bread. Flour tortillas are not.
döner has seitan for protein and comes with white (soygurt based) sauce and lettuce and pickled cabbage. shawarma is made from marinated, grilled oyster mushrooms for the meat part, and comes with pickled turnip, and sesame sauce (falafel sauce) or red sauce
