Does the ad need to be playing to dispense fuel or would these work just fine if they got accidentally dropped really hard?

I drive an EV and when I use public chargers I see ads on them too.

Wait, really? I haven't seen that yet. Idk what country you're currently in, but in Canada, almost every level 3 charger I've ever used is like a dumb phone display

Guess they had to follow EVs lol. Some EV stations near me have big ass signs that show advertisements. It’s not enough you’re paying to charge your car, you also need to be shown more ads.

I’m just grateful my car doesn’t show it inside.

Luckily the Tesla stations I've been too don't have advertisements like that.

Seem like charge station would be bad place to advertise because people have phones
