Did x360 even have any exclusives? I think most games released for it came out on PC too, so you'll have a way better experience playing them on PC even if it's a cheap 10yr old PC...

It isn't retro because it's beefy enough to not be emulated easily. And yes, by that definition, the Wii is retro.

That says more about the current state of technology than anything else.

It also depends on your definition of "easily". You can play pretty much anything from the xbox catalog on a cheap business laptop today.

Xbox 360 is easier to emulate than OG Xbox or Sega Saturn last I checked.
