I can't find the user... What did they do to him?!?π°
It's a mastodon user, I don't know if the linking is working. Should still ping them, maybe
Test - @bdonvr@mastodon.sdf.org
Edit: Okay just got a ping one hour late on my Mastodon account so it does work, slowly?
@bdonvr@mastodon.sdf.org test!
Okay so how the hell does that RemindMe bot from mastodon work?
Okay I can pull up my Mastodon profile here, and my lemmy profile there
Still can't ping
@bdonvr@mastodon.sdf.org Okay SHOULD work this time.
Iβm using Memmy for iOS and this is the only one actually linked for me.
Yep, but I never got a ping on Mastodon. I'll have to investigate further. It should work, I thought.
Okay they all seem to work now, it just took a long time.
RIP
Looks like they posted the video process timelapse of that artwork here:
I'll have to checkout their webcomic Pepper&Carrot. Thanks for the reference!
So, who are the mascots there? I recognize Lemmy to the right and Mastodon in the middle, but who else do we have? I guess the issuance of the Kbin cockatoo, Kibby, was too late lol
Looks like PeerTube is on the way left, & Misskey is just after PeerTube. The only one I'm not sure of is the mascot between Mastodon & Lemmy.
pleroma/akkoma?
Looks like that's the one. Good call.
Threads will be as revelant as the metaverse.
So... Not relevant at all. Meta is a dying company.
Doesn't mean it can't drag down the fediverse with it. Threads has already more than four times as many users as Mastodon.
and? that's inconsequential it's a different platform
Unfortunately meta owns Instagram, and while Facebook and oculus are floundering, Instagram isn't.
Funnily enough, people are already referring to "tweets" on Threads as "threats"
