Nvidia has confirmed "Globes" report that it has chosen the Israel Land Authority (ILA) area in Kiryat Tivon to build its huge campus that will accommodate up to 10,000 employees.

According to the illustration published by the US chip giant, this will be a large campus inspired by the design of the company’s new iconic headquarters in Santa Clara. When built it will be surrounded by commercial areas and restaurants with investment in parks and green spaces.

Whelp if I didn't need another reason to ever buy Nvidia again.

They're not looking at a future where people buy gpus to play games, they're wanting to sell AI gpus. And Israel is gonna buy a shit ton for surveillance and intelligence work.

Me and you were never gonna buy any of those.

After WW2, the various industrialists who financed and supported the Nazi party all got off scot free. I hope that isn't the case this time around.

Funny how NVIDIA and the most powerfully corrupt regimes go hand in hand.

Honestly, I've only ever bought Nvidia cards, currently have a 3080. What should I get next time? Currently have a ryzen.

Edit: I also plan on staying with Windows 10 for a while. I dual boot but prefer Windows to Linux. I will not be using W11.

Just get AMD gpu's, they work perfectly fine and have less driver issues than Nvidia cards do now.

Honestly AMD only has mid-range this time around but the 9070 XT trades blows with the 5070 TI and the ray tracing, if you're into that, is much better but not quite as good as Nvidia.

So another thing to consider is with Windows 11 being an AI dumpster fire that patches will brick your system, if you go with a Linux build, AMD or Intel would provide a lot better driver support than Nvidia.

My amd is nice so far

Drivers on linux seem even more stable than on w11

AMD and Intel GPUs are both good. Intel has come a long way in the low end it midrange market. AMD is only real option for high end comparison to Nvidia's.

I mean realistically there's only one choice. And they're going me too! to everything Nvidia does, but 10% less.

Intel cards are alright (on windows at least). But I don't think they have anything that would be an upgrade from your 3080.

Is it better to be in israel or USA when the civil war starts?
