Residential neighborhoods need to add gated entries. Lock out anyone without a reason to be there, and make ICE announce themselves to gain entry.

Keep a 2nd note in the grocery bag with the address of the police station, or an abandoned building, or a non-existent address as far away as possible while sounding legit, or… Just have them going in circles!
