If you've seen The Leftovers, I believe the communication method of the Guilty Remnant is very relevant now:
Sounds like there's a market for edible ink that can write on a stick of gum.
Why is there not a general strike called for that state. Allow the groups to be on the streets peacefully full time and remove the fear and hysterical actions.
