So, in short (I am not an AI, nor am I using one) this is both an app launcher and a sort of container that lets you install virtually unlimited apps within it, bypassing the 3/10 app limitations of free/paid Developer accounts? So AltStore (e.g.) is one, this is #2, and then you can install another one alongside it?

It seems like it would also have to be refreshed every 7 days (free account) or longer (paid). That's my pain point, I usually get one refresh, then it won't refresh again. Or it'll do it twice but never again after that.

Anyway, onto brighter news, I don't think this is something Apple will patch, since it's not really an exploit, though it sure looks like one, of the "I wish for more wishes" variety.
