Mainland China’s and Hong Kong’s birth rates fell to record lows last year, despite extensive government incentives to encourage larger families. On what? I mean, if it's like a wheel of cheese, that could be good, but if it's an old head on beer, that's gonna be flat and probably too bitter to enjoy.
