If you refer to "Don't Download This Song", I'm pretty sure that song was satire, given that it was only available as a download.
No it was the bonus content to the poodle hat enhanced CD, the one where he shows home videos of him being gifted reams of notebook paper at birthdays and holidays.
It's been literal decades since I saw it, but it's stuck in my memory. I guess there's a chance that it was satire, but it didn't seem like it to middle school me.
I don't know that one, but even if it was serious back then, I'd say he has changed by now
