I appreciate the cry for help, but this truly is an international problem that requires a domestic solution.
If you will not calm your own tits, what makes you think you'll tolerate the rest of the world calming your tits for you? How long would this external tit calming be required? what happens when the external source of tit calming stops?
Try to see it for what it is: the Americans you would wish were in charge have had their power and representation stripped away, and an empire has been brought low. Americans used to be quite proud, and this sort of sentiment from one would have been unimaginable twenty years ago.
You're probably correct that external forces aren't going to effect instant or significant change. Empires come down in a specific way, usually for internal reasons, right?
The end of an empire is too big for any one person to feel like they can have an effect. We're all just caught in the gears of history.

Invade us. I wish that were possible. Put the world forces together, nuke Montana to make a point (with a bit of warning to get all 11 people out). The only way fascism has been stopped at this scale is by might. If we're the mightiest then fascism is coming for you, too, it's just a matter of when.

Starting to call orange pedo's bluffs would be nice however other governments aren't unfortunately the only players in this game. There are quite influential actors (i.e. tech billionaires) that are probably quite happy with Trump giving them the green light to do whatever the fuck they want.
Tanking his investments with a unified response would be nice too but they couldn't even do it for Putin for which the aesthetics would be much cleaner, so I don't have a grain of hope they will do it when Trump is in power. Maybe only after he leaves office, but even then not sure they would want to "damage the reputation of an ex-president" (as if he has any).

Imagine being such a loser that you have the world's most armed population, nukes and you still think you're the victim.
But then we may not get the newest cutting edge semiconductor and chipset and data centre technology and all that. You have to understand.
