Uh, they've done a LOT of good shit dealing with this type of stuff over the decades. I guess for some people it will never be enough or good enough and everything is shit and nothing ever happens. Yet somehow, it does.

Right after they abandon Daylight Saving Time.

Easy, we will demand the USA only uses open source software to mine all the data we've given and are still giving them access to. And they better not refuse or we will, well, we will, you know, we will. Surely we will something. Maybe we could threaten them to hold our breathe collectively for as long as they don't comply?

The main one being Patriot air defense systems and missiles. The main issue with that is that Ukraine needed them yesterday. It is just impossible to replace those production capacity quickly. Although that is happening with SAMP/T and IRIS-T SLX. Some are also meet using less capable shorter range European systems like IRIS-T. For other systems, it is usually a similar story.

Sure. but that war is lost (and if we had less... leaders less willing to do what US want them to do, it should have been declared so at least two years ago). Now, the priority should not be in buying more US weapons (making us poorer, while making US that is not our ally anymore richer, retarding our own rearmament while Russia (and the USA) are happily working on their own). Our priority should be in making the EU an essential partner in making peace a reality bteween all parties (which also mean we should be willing to listen a little, just a little, to Russia). More weapons needs to be purchased (purchased within Europe) but now what's needed is a somewhat smarter diplomacy. And a lot less va-t-en-guerre as we say in France: threatening Russia while we're not able to fight won't end well without the USA to back us. And the USA won't back us like they made it clear, I think.

That's just my very uninformed opinion, obviously.

Opensource software is the way.
