Is there a setting to reduce the number of angles the print head can move in? I've never used SuperSlicer before, but just from looking at the screenshot that seems to be what's going on here. Does the file actually print like this?

I didn't dare to print the file yet. There is no obvious diff in the settings for both profiles (left shows my 0.6mm profile, right shows a copied profile for a 0.4mm nozzle). One thing to add though: The slicing preview looks okay for both. It's just the GCode preview that shows that zig-zag pattern.

(Very late reply) it looks like some internal voxelisation or mesh resolution has been set too rough. Have you changed "Slice resolution" (default 0) or "G-code resolution" (default 0.0125)?

I don't use this slicer either but this link from the software page should help.
