Just revoke her status as a recipient already. She is clearly undeserving of it.
She could just give the actual medal to him as tribute for her favorable future endeavors regarding the leadership of Venezuela. We all know where she stands though..
There's no giving it away. I suppose she could refuse or reject it by giving it back, but they said it can't be revoked. Well I can't imagine they can force anyone to accept their award.
Didn't she accept the award, I know she went to Oslo, the news here in Sweden had a big report on it.
