If you absolutely must have a phone at a protest, use a burner you bought with cash. Otherwise, look into meshtastic devices.

No, that prevents uploading video off site.
You shouldn’t be using a cell phone. That’s literally the point of the article. Take the video, upload it later. Jam everyone, including them. Can’t track what they can’t see.
Do not take the burner phone home afterwards.
