Nothing will get done until the US deprograms itself thinking that things like Civil Wars are started by the Confederate side, that the US is indivisible (ask the colonies what they would have thought about that), or that the only people who obsess about the founding principles and the constitution, one that is now being ignored and just treated like an interpretive piece of art work like the bible, are only those Conservative guys. You've slowly been programmed into equally abusable extremes.
If the unconstitutionality and flagrant abuse of the current government isn't enough to get states to begin planning their own opposition cohesively, nothing is going to stop this, and that's where this is heading. In a government where the two most powerful branches, the Executive and the Judicial, are completely corrupt, when the turnover in federal agencies has been almost absolute, where the Executive constantly ignores and bypasses legislation from the Legislative branch, hoping for a majority in what is only a part of the legislative is not going to work out. Even if they had the entire Legislative, it would not work out. It's the now completely corrupt federal agencies the ones who would be in charge of any attempts at impeachment. It's sad to see the entire opposition get led by such a pale example of a carrot because the alternative might require something more than career politicians from the old class oligarchy.
