Haha, was gonna say that seems pretty optimistic.
I still haven't done it, although that's probably because I refuse to use the Byzantines and keep spawning myself as a weird pagan Roman in the middle of Catholic Italy...
It was a pastime for r*ssian (they weren't alone in this of course) kings to claim relation to Rome trough their supposed inheritance of it by having some woman from Palailogos family among their ancestors and claiming orthodox church for themselves.
It envisaged the partition of the Ottoman Empire between the Russian and Habsburg Empires followed by the restoration of the Eastern Roman Empire centered in Constantinople.
