such a difficult thing to speak to as governor. A (righteous) uprising akin to what happened after the murder of George Floyd would almost certainly see the insurrection act declared. And such an uprising would be confusing geographically because it would be contra Washington DC but destructive to the Twin Cities which is a progressive place by and large
