Did this actually turn out crispy? I struggle to get crispy tofu without frying. Even with a press.

Yep, it's basically like shake and bake for Tofu
Fuck that looks good.
This looks amazing and super easy. I'm one of those people that absolutely despises buffalo flavor, but I'll season it with garlic Parmesan and make these tomorrow night. This might be the recipe to finally get my brother on board with the tofu
Looks good!
EASY: This recipe has minimal ingredients and can be made in ~20 minutes!
I hate those ridiculous time indications. I always multiply them by 3 to have a resonable estimation.
If you have a tofu press or buy pre pressed tofu you probably save a lot of time.
I lost my tofu press when I moved, so now I usually just do an additional step where I bake the pre seasoned tofu for 10 mins flip it and bake another 10 mins to get most of the water out.
I'm using the froze and thaw technique to remove more water, but it's still a hassle.
That looks excellent 👌
I'd try this with baked tofu, looks like you used firm?
I used extra firm, but just baked before the first steps of the recipe
Mmm I need to try this
