Fuck AI

"We did it, Patrick! We made a technological breakthrough!"

A place for all those who loathe AI to discuss things, post articles, and ridicule the AI hype. Proud supporter of working people. And proud booer of SXSW 2024.

AI, in this case, refers to LLMs, GPT technology, and anything listed as "AI" meant to increase market valuations.

As seen in the video, the user hovers their cursor over the thumbnail, showing (presumably) the original thumbnail for a second, where the woman has less cleavage visible.

"I thought maybe it was edited like this intentionally for some reason but her clothes change completely when you hover the preview and this entire thumb seems to be AI generated to begin with. The perspective is all kinds of fucked up if you look at the left wall corner compared to the door. If YouTube did this by itself, this is some of the most dystopian shit I've ever seen, lmao."

This really concerned me (though not as much as grok's latest feature) so i figured i should post it here to see if anyone has other examples of it happening, and raise awareness. Stay meaty.

Fuck asmongold and his roach filth lifestyle. Dude spews hate and discourse.

I don't care if he says a positive thing - he still has a history of saying a lot of terrible dogshit takes. Broken clock mother fucker.

Because of course it would...

AI has a massive misogyny problem. Time and time again. However, this is indeed a huge issue. One that was obviously going to happen, but this is the timeline we're in now. Yay. I hate everything.

Also, and I can't stress this enough: Fuck Asmongold.

Society has a massive misogyny problem, so AI reflects it unless the training data is manually curated to correct the bias. And of course since nobody gives a shit about ethics in computer science aside from one semester of lip service about Therac-25, they don't correct it.

Yeah computers are just like every child you will meet. Flawed by by a world and people that are not sane.

We can't expect perfection or true reality from anything we create as they will have our flaws. We can make active constant effort to work at them but we dont do effort anymore. To much effort to maintain things so let's pretend things can last forever or be replaced always.

So yeah. Expect it to be bad with race, women, ideology, passion, and even reality itself. Its us but faster.

Why have you cursed my eyes with Assmold?

I doubt this is AI.

You're seeing the cached thumbnail, that was edited to make it less revealing because the uploader was afraid of having the video appear less often in the suggestions feed.

Yeah, this is probably something one of her mods did.

Yeah, the more heavily-clothed version is clearly the edited part. Her waist shrinks right down (along with the chair behind her) and the top has extremely uniform colour across it that doesn’t reflect the lighting environment accurately.

Somehow the covered bit looks more fake than the low cut. Be funny if they did it on purpose to drive views. I hadn't heard of this channel until just now.

I'm tempted to downvote this post because of the YouTube personality.
