So what? This was the 7-8th centuries CE in a predominantly Christian region.

What the hell are they getting a Chi and Rho from? It's clearly the Van Halen logo on it's side.

how did they get Ω from the almost invisible blob? At least the A has a semblance of a mark to indicate a tattoo was there.

The chi-rho symbol was often accompanied by alpha and omega. It's basically an educated guess.
