SF needs to follow through. Price cuts are temporary political maneuvers. They will raise rates again when the threat blows over.
I look at electricity rates for SMUD, Alameda Municipal Power and other municipally owned utilities, and we in San Francisco, and everywhere else, really need to run our own electrical utility.
The state of California needs to have public utilities
