The grim reality is that this is all statements from one person about another. Evidence is needed to prove something actually happened. Right now all evidence points to Trump having the worst possible people as friends who are jealous of how he gets away with everything. We don't actually have evidence he's gotten away with something yet, but we have a LOT of corroborating evidence so it shouldn't be hard to find something.

There is a certified tape of him saying "grab them by the pussy" and lots of other extremely problematic behaviour that has been readily admitted to or else clearly indicated with verified evidence. Some things only have circumstantial or hearsay evidence—but it sure as hell ain't everything. By muddying the waters you are helping to weaken the case against him.

I find it hilarious how you refer to these documents as "statements not evidence" (which is technically correct), then proceed to say they are evidence of Trump having worst friends... so is it evidence or statements?

You also seem to willingly ignore the fact that these statements SHOULD HAVE lead to actual investigations and indictments if evidence is found... yet nothing happened.

By your logic, anyone going to the police to report a crime would meet a "well, that's your word so we won't do anything unless you bring hard evidence"

Eh, I think people are overly emotional towards your original comment. Feels like a lot of armchair experts in law giving their opinions. I believe you can want Trump locked up but can also point out we need proper evidence and then discuss all the current evidence without resorting to all the shitty "are you stupid" type comments.

You admit your dumb. Not a bad thing. We're all dumb but god damn let's at least talk about it if we're going to be so passionate about locking up this wet fart of a human.

Agreed. Let's talk and I'm dumb. But at least let's talk. I agree Trump is guilty but remind myself that reasonable doubt hasn't moved some critical people. Whether loyal or perverting the law, that's to be resolved AFTER the rapists are locked up.

I also believe in "innocent until proven guilty". It feels like he's guilty but without proof I'm just another person praying for something without real evidence.

I always have known darkness like this exist. The bit I've seen has been from some of the poorest people in the country. Its no real surprise this has been revealed. I don't care that some will say its unfounded. How could it be anything else? Anyone who supports or dismisses these things is also a horrible human. Not that horrible humans care that people know they are horrible.
