Regarding Minns, NSW, and by extension, Sydney, have been under the thumb of organised crime for a long, long time. Just look at Kings Cross and police corruption or Coronation Group being run by the Alameddein crime family. Sydney has just as much a corruption problem just like the rest of the world. It just seems Sydney figured out how to hide it better.
Perhaps it was the whole point of the attack. Here in the US, news is coming out that people knew a false flag attack on Jews would happen in 2nd week of December. And they were warning about it last month.
