If you are only using it for text chat (not voice/video), it's easy to bridge into Matrix.
If you do need voice/video, then you're stuck.
Snikket is an all-in-one XMPP server-client that supports calls.
But yes, in its current state, Matrix calls are pretty broken as there is no feature parity between Element Classic and Element X apps.
It's easy, just more to Signal
As usual, the best way is to use something like Signal.
I ignore those two tabs anyway.
Yeah ever since channels were added I am using that tab much lesser. And oh nobody texts me anymore either.
