Just so you know, it's not cool to make fun of children just because they happen to be born or live in a particular region of the US.
Poverty/location shaming isn't funny. Do you make fun of people who were born in the Middle East too? What about Ukraine? Or Africa? What kind of cartoons do you post about them?
People used to make fun of autism, and sexuality too. What you're doing isn't any different.

It's a AP news article about a measles outbreak in South Carolina. You decided it'd be fun to post a cartoon showing a hillbilly. Your "intent" was to make fun of someone who doesn't happen to be a fucking computer nerd that makes $80K a year. Making fun of someone because they live in an area that isn't as affluent as you are is ill intent. Not everyone makes the money you do. Ok?
