MODERATORS
I'm hoping for some specific craft communities, but for now it makes sense to huddle together in !creative@beehaw.org. We do love to show off pics of all our projects though so I expect it won't be too long before it makes sense to start splitting that up.

We've got !ukcasual@lemmy.world already which makes me very happy, !gamedev@lemmy.blahaj.zone is taking off nicely, now all I need is Eurovision and fantasy football if anyone has a lead on any such communities.

Mostly communities for specific games. Like Destiny, Forza, Deep Rock Galactic, and that taboo anime game. I also miss the fanart communities. Hopefully these will grow here too over time, but who knows.
Tinkercad didn't have one yet, so I made it. Would love to see more maker groups, but it'll grow organically and I'm pretty patient.

For football, r/gunners has just migrated to gunners@lemmy.world! Bit empty rn, but hopefully we'll have just the same memes and community that make us what we are. My friend, is ok, no?
Are there any tools to kickstart a new community by importing from Rss, other SN, or similar ? Also, are there any AI/bot API, so we can add AI curated posts to communities ?
Not all of them. I might try setting up a fountain pen community some time soon!
So far almost none of mine are on here. May have to change that.
I just subscribed to my local city of /c/Boston - but there are no posts yet. I just really want a space where I can talk about local current events, news, business openings and closures, infrastructure projects, etc.
I also liked going into other city's subs to see what's going on before travelling. In Reddit, they were always great spaces for restaurant recommendations, helpful tips and tricks, tourist traps to avoid, etc.

One has, but there are no posts yet I've created another, created a post and am waiting to see if others move over. I plan on giving up modship ASAP because I'm not built for that. Yet another has and there's a bit of activity.

I brought !paintball@midwest.social over, although I'm not expecting a large turnout. While they are participating in the blackout, I don't know that many will seek an alternative and will probably just want to play more...
It has not, but im considering making a lost media community on Blahaj Zone.
