Lamp oil can’t melt marble pilars!
hmmm
For things that are "hmmm".
Rule 1: All post titles except for meta posts should be just plain "hmmm" and nothing else, no emotes, no capitalisation, no extending it to "hmmmm" etc.
neat AI picture /s
I think you're actually right, this is either AI or a photoshop job. The longer you look, the weirder it gets. The lighting situation doesn't make sense, the pillar on the right is supposed to be further back from the 'camera' but looks bigger than the pillar on the left, the overhang on the left going off-camera is weirdly curved and broken in a way that really looks like it should collapse, and the blocks on the top of the overhangs are amorphous
It actually is https://www.reddit.com/r/blursedimages/comments/xkyq89/blursed_columns/ According to the comments it was generated using midjourney
It's definitely not a natural pic, but it does date back to at least 3 years ago, so it might just be a photoshop. Not a good photoshop, mind.
The ornaments at the top of the pillar are misplaced too. One has the round things in the middle, and the other has them on the corners. The rear one also doesn't have a small ledge under the ornaments.
We honestly never forgot.
Saw one fall with my own eyes. Lots to remember.
Huh?
Image is of marble columns with shadows on the roof that resemble the twin towers on fire at a glance.
More effective as a thumbnail.
Reminds me of the good ol' days on Reddit with r/misleadingthumbnails. That place used to be my jam.
Infamous images be infamous yo
what photo specifically does this image imitate tho?
Couple of twins
...towering.

"Sir... A second phalanx has struck the Parthenon."
The little bird bath to the right crumbled in its foot print for solidarity‘s sake.
