Usually in various descriptive folders in the template/resource section of a web project.

I'm guessing maybe they're running a web server locally and just copied everything to the www folder? No idea what command they ran though

Sorry, MS-DOS users would know this as their "html directory". Typically, "C:\PRIVATE\SECRET\________.___\RECIPES\TAXES\PORN\HTML\" but YMMV.
