No worries, only reason I really knew about it in the first place was someone on bluesky linked to it complaining about how common it is for the video folks to just find an article and then more or less just read it, acting like they did the research. Figured I’d pass on the source material.
Here's an interesting video discussing how you might not actually even need chicken to make chicken broth.
