Women only trans inclusive This is an inclusive community for all things women. Whether you're here for make up tips, feminism or just friendly chit chat, we've got you covered.

Rules…

  1. Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is free to decide whether a women's community is a good fit for them.
  2. Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
  3. Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.
  4. No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend Feminism@beehaw.org for that, but here is an escape from it.
  5. New accounts or users with few comments may have their posts removed to prevent spam and bad-faith participation.

The rest of the bit cited here:

“Everyone thinks of me as this horned-up pop star, but there’s really so much more to me,” she quipped. “I’m not just horny. I’m also turned-on, and I’m sexually charged, and I love to read. My favorite book is the encyclopedia. It’s so big, and it’s hard.”

Whatch'all think?

Is this sexual liberation, regressive, or should we just let women be horny?

By all appearances, she is in control of her narrative. She can do as she likes.

The system that profits off of women expressing anything sexual is where any judgement should be cast.

Murder all the capitalists, make them into plastic sheeting, use that to keep our mattresses clean while we fuck.

I am unaware of a way to turn human remains into plastic. You can make hair into something like plastic though, by using lye to break it down. We would have to find some other environmentally responsible thing to do with the meat and bone bag part of the capitalist remains.

I'm no chemist, but I think you can turn any organic matter into hydrocarbons and turn any hydrocarbons into oil and turn any oil into plastic.

It'd be more environmentally friendly and less crinkly sounding to simply skin and tan their hides to stretch over our beds.

We'll have to figure something out.

Maybe we just find a way to strip out all the carbon and make bed frames to fuck on?

Cremate the remains, use the ash as media for sculptures of people enthusiastically fucking. Let them end up a part of the fun.

No. We need to fuck on their corpses in a way that someone other than necrophiles can have fun with it. This isn't about just sexualizing the oligarchs.they shouldn't get that privilege.

What if we film it for their progeny?

Humans are generally horny. It's not my cup of tea, but if she enjoys making everything about sex then she should be free to do so. It's not like we didn't have Britney and Xtina doing the same thing 15-20 years ago, or Madonna before that ya know?

Yep sex sells, and Madonna always seemed in total control of it. As long as Sabrina is calling the shots, I'm fine with it

[–] Wren@lemmy.today 3 points 1 week ago

A big difference is how much Madonna alluded and suggested to sex, while Carpenter comes right out and says "I want to fuck." I suppose that's a matter of different eras and different sensibilities. You're right the outrage is about on par between them at the same stage in their careers.

I, for one, am so very pleased to see some positive changes on the sexual liberation front.

We should have a thread on wanking. I can talk about my committed relationship with my vibrators

[–] Greercase@lemmus.org 2 points 6 days ago (1 children)

I think that would be great actually. Destigmatizing sex toys for women is still a work in progress even with sex toy brands being as pervasive as they are. I think it'd be interesting to have some recommendations from real women who have nothing to gain from steering you one way or another. I don't personally use them, so I don't have much to add to the conversation, but I think it might help someone.

Awesome I'll put together a thread next week!

My most enduring one I call "Mr. Shakey".

Mine are all ladies. Lola, Big girl and Ms Shapely. Lola has taken a back seat since Ms Shapely came to town

Public service announcement for Canadians (and not spam, I gain nothing from this,) Pinkcherry is having a massive sale, including the good shit, and shipping is free country-wide.

Couldn't be any more timely because one of my meds makes it near impossible to get off but the other two give me plenty of motivation to keep trying. My wrist sounds like a cement mixer.

Thank you for your service

She's young and healthy, of course she is going to be horny. I know I was when I was her age.

As an asexual woman, I love that Sabrina Carpenter has been able to express her sexuality in a way she wants, that shows how it makes her life more enjoyable, instead of the all too common thing where women are sexualized for the benefit of men.
